Mark’s gift is holding space with strong presence and focus.  He is there by your side every step of the way.  He deeply listens and notices, reflecting back what he sees and hears; acknowledging your strides, and challenging you when your words don’t match your non-verbal signals.  He helps you name conflict with yourself and others and courageously work to resolve it, so you can move forward.  Mark enables you to shift your perspective, energy, and thoughts to gain greater awareness and action forward.

Mark has over 30 years of experience as a leadership coach, consultant, organizational coach, facilitator, and thought leader.  Corporate clients have included Rogers-O’Brien Construction, FloSports, and iHeartMedia, Elevance Health, John Deere and many more across manufacturing, financial services, health insurance, software, and government.  He has advised and partnered with leaders for success through organizational change and high profile initiatives.

Mark served as an Agile Coach for 10 years, helping organizations work better together; aligning to shared purpose, improving relationships, and focusing relentlessly on customer success through frequent learning and successful results.  Mark is a thought leader and has spoken internationally on topics such as leadership, succeeding with OKRs, and high performing teams.  He has trained and facilitated 1000s of people through engaging workshops with high energy where people learn from each other, as well as the content and instructor.  Mark started his career in technology as a programmer and later an architect during the exciting dot com software startup boom.  These experiences helped Mark become a systems thinker capable of integrating multiple ideas into a cohesive and productive vision and path forward.

Mark enjoys traveling, nature, and diving.  He stays physically active and incorporates meditation and journaling to remain grounded and clear.  He is the proud father of two teenage sons and two high energy dogs.  He is a lifelong learner always working on getting better as a person and professional.
