Workshops are offered over 3 days, and can be extended to 4 days based on additional customization. Most workshops are private so they can be tailored to fit the organization and people attending. Public workshops will be made available periodically based on demand for smaller groups wanting to explore the program and take what they learn back to their organization. Public workshops will be performed virtually, using Miro. Private workshops can be in person, or virtual, using Miro.
- Ideal size for the workshop is between 15-20 people.
- Workshop days last between 6 and 8 hours.
- Breaks are taken almost hourly, with a longer break for lunch.
- Gtmhub customers will capture appropriate output directly in Gtmhub.
